Coffee Break at RoppongiTen years ago. While I was taking this a young woman approached me and asked what I was photographing. I always hate these sort of things, because about 99% of the time I cannot really explain it, nor do I want to. But this was different for young women hardly ever approach me so directly to ask about it. Plus, her interest was not just the standard question, for I noticed a titanium Contax G2 around her neck. It turned out that she was a photography student at the university where I taught technical writing at the time. She took out a box of black and white prints and told me that she was taking part in an exhibition to open in the area.I later went to the exhibition, but afterward never saw her again. Every time I look at this photo, I think of her. And that mint Contax G2 around her neck. -- source link
