You know what’d be swell? To just go out to a cabin and live there a while. A little house on a lake. A place of safety. A shelter from the rest of the world. A sanctuary of love. Cold nights and warm bodies twisted in sheets. Lake dipping, wood chopping, fire crackling, stove stirring. Reading aloud, echoing voice bouncing from the rafters.
