Plot 168: Wedding Plots!a} After several years of failed romantic relationships of their choosing, Muse A resigns to follow through with an arranged marriage set up by their parents many years ago. Muse B, the sibling of the intended bride/groom, arrives 1 month before the wedding is to take place with the daunting task of informing Muse A and their family that the intended bride/groom has married already and that there won’t be a wedding– except when Muse A and Muse B meet for the 1st time, Muse B becomes smitten and can’t quite break the news that they aren’t the intended bride/groom.. b} A commit-phobic Muse A reluctantly agrees to marry their friend, Muse B so that Muse B can get their U.S. citizenship. Muse B assures Muse A that nothing will change between them once they move in together, but living together eventually proves challenging to Muse A’s long-held beliefs about love and marriage.c} Muse A and Muse B, who’ve been enjoying an amazing vacation fling, decide to get married when Muse A shares the poor prognosis they recently got from their medical doctor; it seems Muse A only has weeks-months to live. When Muse A learns that there was a mix up and that they’re actually perfectly healthy, they become worried that Muse B won’t want to get married still, so Muse A conceals the truth to let the wedding proceed.d} Muse A and Muse B encounter one another regularly at the local dog park. When their canine companions seem to become fond of one another, they stage a doggy wedding. Shortly after the nuptials, when their dogs become pregnant, Muse A and Muse B move in together so that their furbabies can live together like a real family. e} Muse A gets cold feet on the day of the wedding and runs from the ceremony at the last minute. Muse B is devastated and in a tragic turn of events, ends up dying shortly after the wedding is officially called off. Realizing the huge mistake they made in fleeing from the love of their life, Muse A is crushed–then terrified and confused when they start seeing Muse B, whom they know has passed, wherever they go.
