tarotprose: I’m going to be real honest, I deleted this whole post three times and was not going to share anything today. I’ve been struggling. Gosh, have I been struggling! Today I pulled The Fool card and I blanked. I sat at my desk for an hour, unsure of what message this card was trying to give me. I began to get upset, frustrated and all I could see was The Fool casually basking in the moment. That is when inspiration suddenly hit me. The Fool is always unapologetically liberated for the unknown. They make no apologies for their naivety and embrace their path ahead with equal wonder. The Fool gives themselves permission to just be, to exist, to accept their humanity. They are not concerned with the judgment of others, regardless of how foolish they may seem. I am learning to give myself the permission to do the same thing. This is how the I Give Myself Permission Tarot Spread came to be. Step One:Shuffle your deck or mix up your divination tool of choice. How many times and however long is completely up to you.Step Two:Pull three cards from your deck however you see fit. Step Three:Use each card to finish the statement: I give myself permission to: Example:I give myself permission to ___________ Let’s say I pulled The Strength card. I may finish the statement with I give myself permission to (set healthy boundaries in my relationships) or (to act boldly)Card One: I give myself permission to ___________ Card Two: I give myself permission to ___________ Card Three: I give myself permission to ___________ Post Notes: Please do not remove the captions.Spread: I Give Myself Permission by @tarotproseCopyright: © Ivan Ambrose 2017 Spread Disclaimer: This is my own personal spread.
