spindlebug: okay i have NO IDEA how to paint water so i’m going to say this is finished ugh these are Ambulocetus, my favourite prehistoric mammal u vu they were early whales from the Eocene! i did this for a contest to come up with an original representation of a prehistoric animal… and idk how original this is but i think i’m the first person to draw Ambulocetus’ pretending to be sea otters haha open in a new tab to see it bigger :>--source link
