I see vulnerability as an act of strength. Acknowledging your emotions, and sharing them with others can be tough. It sometimes is way easier to bury your emotions deep inside, so that you don’t have to face the consequences of having them in the first place. Crying for example is often seen as a weakness, but to me it’s a sign of trust. If someone starts crying in front of me, my first thought is probably gonna be “wow, I respect them for being able to let go in front of other people” rather than “they’re so weak!”.
