I wish more kosher restaurants in the US would serve dishes like this. This comes from — @katzys.foodfactory — one of very few kosher restaurants in #Bondi #Sydney. This is their Chicken Coconut Curry served with basmati rice and eggplant chutney. In general I love those flavors, and I love the brightness of these dishes specifically. I visited Sydney way back in 2005, so I can’t comment on the restaurants there today. I guess that means I’ll need to go back soon! ———————————————————————— Your comments keep me going .
