Been awhile since I’ve kept track of healthy eating.. I definitely fell off the wagon for awhile. I’m trying to get back on it. Anyways, breakfast is a smoothie… Coconut milk, bananas, chia seeds, peanut butter and cocoa. Lunch is a chickpea sandwich with chopped peppers, green onions and apples, spiced with paprika and cilantro on a ciabatta bun. Vanilla Greek yogurt, chia seeds, strawberries and peaches topped with a few chocolate chips.. I might also have a small bag of veggie sticks if I still feel hungry -- source link
