Breakfast: coconut milk, 5 frozen strawberries, one and a half banana, 5 or 6 frozen pineapple chunks and chia seeds. Lunch was this salad with a raspberry vinaigrette Dinner was awful… I had triple o’s with my roommate after bootcamp. I’m struggling with eating out right now, it’s just so much easier, and I know it’s not a good excuse… I did so much better being in an everyday routine and hopefully that will come back to me next week. I don’t eat badly when I’m at home for the most part, I’ll do so well and then I have that one shitty meal that makes me feel bad about myself and cancels out all the hard work I’m doing otherwise with breakfast and bootcamp and hiking etc. yet I keep making this awful choice. -- source link
