Breakfast was another smoothie, banana, ice, coconut milk, a tablespoon of plain Greek yogurt, a tbsp of cocoa, tbsp of natural organic peanut butter and a splash of vanilla. Oh and a handful of spinach. It was really good. Lunch was left over spaghetti squash and a chococonut granola bar. -- source link
