I’m slacking this week with posting pictures :( I always forget!!! And half the time it’s all the same cause I have left overs or just have the same salad…. So for breakfast I was really bad. Monday I was good with a smoothie…. The last three days I had a small ice Capp from Tim hortons and the lifestyle turkey sausage breakfast sandwich (no cheese). For snacks I had a small handful of cinnamon honey pretzels. And then today I also had one rice cake… Lunch has been good, I had a salad everyday, except today I had some left over butter chicken. I’ll try to remember to keep posting! Pilates has still been happening :) and I’m feeling good and feel like I’m seeing results… Even if it’s not real who cares cause I feel good. It has to be real cause I’ve been doing it for over 3 weeks and working hard at eating healthy, I do have slip ups like breakfas this week… But at least I don’t let that deter me, I just get back to it. It’s a little overwhelming getting home and not having a single minute to myself cause I have to do Pilates, make dinner, clean dinner, pack lunch and now I have to make breakfast. I make 3 meals between 6-8pm. It’s hard!! -- source link
