I only took one pic today cause breakfast was another smoothie… My morning snack was two rice cakes… Lunch was left over chili and multi grain bun… With this yogurt as my snack… I bought love crunch granola and it was really good! It’s aloha blend with pineapple and white chcocolate chunks. And dinner was left over butter chicken from last night… Which I made even healthier by omitting any cream and just adding more plain Greek yogurt. -- source link
