All right…. So for breakfast I had the same strawberry banana colada smoothie only I added kale and chia seeds to it as well… For my snack I had two white cheddar rice cakes before lunch.. Lunch I had a chicken Cesar salad, I also added cucumber and tomato cause they’re gonna go bad soon. The Cesar dressing was this organic creamy Cesar, which I was not crazy about… It didn’t really taste like Cesar dressing but it’s probably a lot healthier than regular Cesar. I also had an oikos cherry yogurt cup and an apple with vanilla yogurt and peanut butter dip. Dinner… I made the quinoa taco bake again so I could have some left overs through out the week. It was yummy… I think I added too much cheese this time and I felt bloated after :( so next time I’ll make sure to not listen to my tummy wanting lotsa cheese and just put on a reasonable amount…. The point is for it to be healthy and obviously too much cheese just makes it fattening. After work I did Pilates before I started making dinner… I’m really proud of myself because I sometimes don’t feel like doing it, and even told myself I had the excuse of a new tattoo… But I didn’t let myself give excuses and I did it. I feel soo good about myself After I finish. I feel toner after a few weeks and I feel more flexible I can easily reach passed my toes with no trouble now. -- source link
