So for breakfast I had a smoothie, banana, coconut and coconut milk. I was still hungry after it so I stopped at Starbucks for a reduced fat banana loaf. Then for lunch I had salad again… And I met my dad for dinner…. I didn’t fair to well but I only ate half the sandwich lol -- source link
