I am not responsible, I am here to aide you but what you are lacking isn’t a reflection of me,
I am not responsible, I am here to aide you but what you are lacking isn’t a reflection of me, I can’t take blame for that, I don’t deserve or want that much power over you. They blame you and hold you accountable for what they lack. I am in your life to compliment you, I am not in your life to fix you or force you to change, so stop expecting or demanding people take on roles you should be taking on yourself. Stop expecting people to fill voids that you should be filling yourself, i am not responsible for your lack of. Whatever it is that you lack, internally is something that you have to deal with and the sooner you realize that the sooner you will start holding yourself accountable for your lack of and start taking action to correct it. We get so caught up in expecting people to fill holes, check boxes and show up for us when we can’t do it for ourselves that we start blaming them for our lack of to the point that we start thinking that everyone is out to take advantage of us, when really we’ve just put too much stock and invested too much time and energy into people’s potential. Then in process of chasing other people’s potential and banking on them to fill voids that we should be filling ourselves we become jaded and misguided by our own thoughts and start playing the blame game. Your lack of isn’t a reflection of anyone but yourself, stop banking on someone else to complete you or make you feel whole and start betting it all on yourself because when these apps close, when them people that you placed on a pedestal are no longer close to you, all you have is yourself. Find whatever it is that’s missing to make yourself feel complete and confident in who your as a person without feeling like you have to be perfect. Stop giving people more power than they deserve by feeling like the reason you are without is because of them… #ThisIsKnowledge (at Accountability) https://www.instagram.com/p/CQa-bqIHQZc/?utm_medium=tumblr -- source link
