The Luigi’s Mansion Flashlight was a promo gift sent out by Nintendo to member’s of the press at the time of the GameCube launch. Very few of these ever surfaced and it has remained one of the rarest Luigi and Nintendo items of all time. A holy grail to Luigi and Mario Bros.
