P2I don’t usually reblog Christian Kane posts but I just had to share a story about when I worked with him years ago. I was an intern on a film he starred in. On the first day of shooting, I was standing just off camera and gearing up to watch him shoot his first scene. Just as the director said “Action,” Christian ran straight towards me, lifting me up in a hug and moving me to his side. Little did I know that the light fixture directly above my head had begun to fall and Christian moved me out of the way just in time. After all the commotion, Christian looked at me and said, “Oh, I’m sorry. How rude of me. My name is Christian, nice to meet you.” A very classy man and a real life superhero. uuuhshinyow…. i didn’t need to know that!!!!fuuuuckWhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaattt?!! No. No no no. Let’s not…no.I really didn’t need to know this. Isn’t my life difficult enough? Isn’t my Christian Kane fixation severe enough? I’m just trying to deal here. I’m trying to cope. I did not need to know that all of Christian Kane’s heroic moments onscreen? When he’d swoop in and save someone from danger then look at them with warm eyes and then say something charming in that perfect rough voice of his? I DID NOT NEED TO KNOW THAT THOSE WERE BASED ON REAL LIFE, OKAY TUMBLR? I have trouble enough with the cooking and the singing and the martial arts and art history educational background and the knowledge that he for actual facts did that ridiculous dart trick himself in that one scene in Leverage. This is just too much. Actual superheroism is my hard limit.Dammit, tumblr. -- source link
