The story is about 11-year Gratuity Tucci (Tip) trying to survive after her mother was abducted by the alien race Boov who have just invaded earth. Tip is accompanied by her pet cat Pig, and a Boov named J.Lo. Yes, it’s weird. Bur the story never stops being funny. They encounter bullies, other Boov, a new alien race of Gorg, and an encampment of adults on their quest to look for Tip’s mother.
