One ex-officer (who did NOT shoot Breonna Taylor) was indicted for wanton endangerment* of the life of the persons living next door after shots were blindly fired into their apartment. (*wanton endangerment is a class D felony, the same as shoplifting or stealing mail…) Breonna Taylor is NOT listed as a victim in the indictment.
