The practice in question is excluding transgender individuals which is pretty much the definition of transphobia. A temple can certainly choose to do this. It’s completely legal to do it, but these beliefs and private business practices can also be transphobic and morally wrong. 2) Speculating publicly that a person identifies as genderfluid solely for “victim points” is also transphobic.
