Pic 1: my knife bag that my chef calls a purse but lowkey wants to buy bc roll up Velcro ones fall apart in like 6 seconds Pic 2: sharpies, pen, chefs notebook. Sharpies to write labels and dates on mise en place, pen and book for recipes. Pic 3: the inside of my bag. Includes spoons, knives, a bunch of tools I use on the daily, a charger because I spend my life there, etc etc. lemme know if you wanna know what shit is/where to get it Pic 4: my two fave spoons. Regular Kunz (I burnt the end with a torch so I’d know it’s mine. And my special edition Gunmetal Kunz that I literally only use for eating family meal bc otherwise some rando would steal that shit for sure Pic 5: my beautiful babies. 10.2 in suisen slicer, 9.4 in suisen chef’s knife, and my korin bone out for butchering. Takes forever to sharpen them, I use a 1000/4000 stone most of the time (200/1000 if I’m In a hurry), and I finish w a diamond steel and a regular steel for honing.
