edsophile:I started collecting Ed Edd n Eddy production cels last year and I thought I may as well post them layer by layer on this blog, starting with the newest addition to my collection!005038 from Honor Thy EdThe background is a nicely detailed shot of one of the houses that only shows up in this episode; presumably from a nearby neighbourhood the Eds decided to run their ‘Taco Ed scam’ at. I especially love how the diamond motief carries over to the garage. Edd and Eddy’s expressions are from a different part of the animation sequence which didn’t include Ed. Ed is particularly ecstatic that “Dads home”, I can’t look at Eddy’s face without picturing Q*Bert as he vacates a surge of water from his mouth and Edd looks plagued by neurosis as ever.So there you have it. I'l get around to posting more eventually but prodding all of my cels out of their frames might take some time. -- source link
