miyuliart: I’ve recently received the Artist Display 24 Pro from the kind people of XP-Pen and have been testing it for a couple of days.I managed to integrate it into my gesture studies and added some notes.I used Line-of-Action for my gesture studies here.I’ve never worked on such a big size! It’s a bit hard to get used to all this space but it’s also really great. The device looks and feels great.I couldn’t get my USBC port to work (It doesn’t seem to support DisplayPort Alt Mode) so I had to use more cables but it was all provided so it worked out fine. The express keys and ring are pretty great as well. I’m one of those artists who don’t actually like to use hotkeys on a keyboard. My only issue is with the stylus. I’m used to the Apple pencil and Wacom stylus which feel different to me. I have a very light touch so I want a line to appear as soon as the pen touches the display (without pressure) but with the XP-Pen stylus you always have to apply a little bit of pressure for lines to appear. The pen pressure in general is great but it’s very tiring for my hand to apply that initial pressure. If you have never worked with an Apple pencil or Wacom stylus or have a strong grip in general that might not be an issue for you. However, XP-Pen let me know that they’re working on a new stylus for people who have a light touch like myself which is pretty amazing. For that size I think it’s a good price. Hopefully the new stylus will come out soon as well. You can buy the display here. -- source link
