OMG, JLAIRE WEEK IS NEXT WEEK!!Here’s how we’re going to run things this year (and by “run”, we mean “sit back and admire all the work everyone else has done”):Step 1: Post your work on Tumblr. If you posted your work on an external site (like Ao3), make sure you make some sort of tumblr post that links to it. You can also drop stuff in our submission box.Step 2: Tag your work with #jlaireweek and mention us (@jlaireweek) in your post so we can easily find it and add it to our queue.Step 3: Make sure you mention which prompt your piece is for, whether it’s in the post’s description or tags. When in doubt, assume we have rocks for brains.Remember - please don’t post your work before its prompt date. That being said, time zones are a thing, so don’t fret about it too much - If it’s July 2nd wherever you’re at in the world, go ahead and post whatever you made for July 2nd. Late pieces are always accepted! If you don’t see your post appear here right away, don’t panic! We’ll be adding everything we find to our queue to keep things spread out, so it might take some time for your work to get reblogged here. But if you don’t see your work on our blog within a day or so after you posted it, feel free to shoot us a message to ask and we’ll see to it as soon as we can. :)As always, let us know if you have any questions! We can’t wait to see what everyone’s been working on!(If you need a reminder of the prompts, you can find them here.) -- source link
