I have a whole story for this one! :o I saw someone post a headcanon that the rain on alternia was really dangerous, like acid. So I thought:When the game is over, everyone will live on a very earth-like planet. Eridan will give up the killing of landdweller, and being a dedicated activist in greenpeace or something. But he doesn’t want to admit that he gave up it just like that, when he was so serious about it earlier. So when it starts to rain for the first time he gets really happy, because then everyone is a seadweller for a while! And after that he loves rain a lot. UuU I just did this story to get the right *feeling* when I drew it. I don’t think that is what would happen, but I like the thought of it! c: -- source link
