blood-tea:dollsahoy:thepurpleglass:cheshiretiffy:alexcansmile:cheshiretiffy:armeleia:cheshiretiffy:armeleia:This makes me so happy.I’ll be happier when a ninja turtle doesn’t have to be feminized for parents to be ok putting them on their girls.I actually like that there is specifically “girly” turtles stuff now. I think it validates that girls specifically can like them and don’t have to just wear a unisex t-shirt… They also don’t have to like them in a “boyish” way.I wish that the colors were one of the classic ninja turtle colors, but otherwise I love that this is an option. Also LOVE the little stitched shoulder muscles.I thought that was just for puffy princess sleeves.I agree with armeleia here. Also, I think there needs to be space for girls and boys to wear stuff that shows they love things like TMNT that is both boyish and girlish. Ideally even a parent would let a boy wear this. Can’t argue with that. :)There are a lot of good points being made here.(re: classical painter posts on Tumblr: headcannon now that a pink-coded TMNT character would be named Artemesia.)this is pretty great for really femme geek girls though! (little ones, obv). Like I think that’s fantastic that there is this option. I know I’m just reiterating what’s already been said but omg! -- source link
