I’ve been busy today !Did some research for my Ph.DProofread an article for my research community and uploaded itRead a peers review of an upcoming publication of mine + made myself a to-do list to make sure I don’t forget anything while adjusting itIt’s always very hard for me to read comments on my research writing because it feels very personnal. I’m trying not to make a mountain out of it but it’s really challenging because I have to admit I found some of these comments pretty harsh, especially considering I have no idea who wrote them (like, srsly, who are you?). Plus, the delay I have to adjust to these comments is really short (after submitting my article 10 months ago (!), I have less than two weeks to resubmit it.) At least now I now what’s expected of me and I don’t have to dread the unknown, but I’m taking the rest of the day off to take care of myself and get back on my feet. -- source link
