Gourmet the crap out of everything! That’s my husband’s motto anyways. Like these gourmet @beyondmeat burgers. Take their ground round, add spices, onions and make your own burgers! Recipe . We don’t often eat processed vegan foods but when we do you better believe we will be gourmet-ifying it. From adding clean cheese, spices and tons of raw veggies to packaged mac n cheese. Or by adding spices, onions and such to vegan ground meat. And they have the added bonus of beefing (lol) up the meal. So we always get extra leftovers . ⚠️Recipe • 1 package of@beyondmeat ground meat •1/2 small onion, chopped small • 1 tbsp paprika •1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tbsp oregano • ¼ tsp salt __________ Start by placing your defrosted ground into a bowl. Add in the spices and onion and mix well. Go ahead and use your hands. . Form the ground into patties and place them onto a non-stick baking sheet or parchment paper . Then pop them into the freezer for 15ish minutes. This helps firm them up and makes them easier to cook. . Then cook them on a BBQ until they are nice and done! Top with your favorite toppings. We love res onions, sauerkraut, pickles and BBQ sauce! And I always eat them on a gluten free bun. @odoughs is the BEST gluten free bread!
