mintmairi:kohenari:America. 2014.To expand on that: cops are firing teargas flares into people’s yards (that burning car was likely ignited this way), into people’s faces, gassing people who were trying to render medical aid to a woman having a heart attack, boxing the people gathered in while telling them that they’ll be arrested if they don’t disperse, gassing the media…Telling the people of Ferguson not to be violent while the cops are flat-out terrorizing that neighborhood… the dissonance is staggering and yet not at all surprising. -- source link
