championsaremade: I call my diet the “eat whatever the hell I want” diet. This means eating what I want, when I want, in moderation, and enjoying it. I work out 6 out of 7 days a week, weight training 3-4 days. I LIKE to eat clean, but I have ice cream almost every day. Life is meant to enjoy everything, never to deprive.
