Unposted Mastersona Compilation A bunch of messy sketching featuring my mastersona, Pilar, from sketchbooks I completed. A lot of sketching around, one of them was a panel I cut from a comic because I preferred the pacing without it, and stuff I was too embarrassed to post at the time. The last sketch has a story to it. So I was buying some art books, and on a whim I added one of Pako’s art books to my cart because I thought the cover looked cool. I decided it would be a surprise because regardless of what was in the book I knew I would likely enjoy it because I absolutely love Pako’s style, color usage, and composition. When I got the book I was flipping though all the gorgeous art, and then on the last page I was greeted by a two page spread of something that prompted me to keep the artbook in a drawer instead of having it displayed with my other artbooks. After I wanted to draw an expression of that sort of shock, something like the master of Chaldea receives an unexpected Christmas card from the enemy. -- source link
