My brain goes back and forth on what Kova can ‘see’. I know roughly, his vision is based off of Retinis Pigmintosa. I know his eyes are clouded in shadows, constantly chasing any bursts of light or things that reflect. I imagine he poured countless hours into his weapons to get them to glow in colors his vision could track, and roughly if he were to unsheath his staff, this is what his eyes would catch. I imagine he clicks his tongue constantly to get his bearings, and he shrouds his gaze with a blindfold to keep them from jittering and trying to track anything that holds light. I imagine he’s got a constant migraine from it all and there are moments where he just needs to stop and breathe and inhale some sanity. -- source link
