February 28, 2021 - I did not enjoy this month.Last Post of February 2021!! February 2021 was a difficult month.Rental HouseMy rental house has some major repairs to do.  A pipe from a toilet upstairs leaked, where the fluid from the toilet leaked onto a downstairs bedroom wall.  The wall became molded and deformed.  Also the water leakage also damaged the floor on the downstairs bedroom.  The repairs are ongoing and will take a few weeks to repair due COVID-19 virus (Corona Virus)work restrictions.  I also found out that this leak was happening for months and that the upstairs renters did not say anything about.  The repair will cost me over $10,000.00.  I am pissed off at my upstairs renters. I will also lose money on my monthly rental revenue from the downstairs renters because they cannot fully use one bedroom.Work My workload has increased dramatically with new large orders from new and old customers.  February 25, 2021 - An unexpected snowstorm caught many people by surprise.  The roads were not plowed and cities were unprepared for the amount of snow that fell. Different cities in my region had different snowfalls.  Where I lived, there was only a thin layer. but at where I work there was a lot of snow.  February 14, 2021 - Another lonely Valentine’s DayThe Lunar New Year was boring this year due to COVID-19 virus (Corona Virus)restrictions.  So there were no celebrations with family or city events.The US Stock Market has been falling badly recently, I hope my stocks and other investments won’t fall too much.Artist:森倉円 -- source link
