This attack uses your spellcasting modifier as its attack bonus. This attack deals the normal damage of the drill with an additional 2d6 Psychic damage. if that creature would be reduced to 0 hit points by this attack each creature excluding yourself in a 60ft radius who seen the attack are immediately frightened. Afterwards the drill does not disappear from your hand. For the next minute you have this conjured drill as a weapon, you gain proficiency in the drill.
