We are so excited to introduce our Guest Curator of the week @DebbieMillman. Debbie is a designer, author, educator and the host of the award-winning podcast Design Matters, one of the world’s first and longest running podcasts in the world. She is also co-founder and chair of the world’s first graduate program in branding at the School of Visual Arts; editorial director of Print magazine; and the author of six books on design and branding. She has worked on the design and strategy of over 200 of the world’s biggest brands. Debbie is currently working on Season 16 of her podcast Design Matters as well as a book about the history of the podcast titled Why Design Matters: How The World’s Most Creative People Create, being published by Harper Collins in Fall 2021. As editorial director of PrintMag.com, she is working on long-form editorial about diversity in design, and as Chair of the Masters in Branding program at the School of Visual Arts, she is working to further the mission and purpose of branding in our culture. She is also working for the Joyful Heart Foundation with founder and Law & Order SVU star Mariska Hargitay to help eradicate sexual violence and the rape-kit backlog.We cannot wait to see the artists who inspire you, Debbie.
