fencer-x:beridium:fencer-x:maykmeee:fencer-x:yokozawatakafumiesp:fencer-x:yokozawatakafumiesp:fencer-x:yokozawatakafumiesp:The three coversI love on the most recent one you have Yokozawa still with his characteristic frown, but…grudgingly holding hands and allowing that little bit of affection. hnnnggggHe also looks more…resigned, like he’s accepted that yes, the rest of his life is going to be with these people who, in their unique ways, make him go gray faster than he’d like but he somehow can’t extricate himself from their lives nor does he want to ;~; It’s like the expression of, “…………はぁ~”That’s exactly what I was thinking. He looks resigned. Also, every cover is a progression of how much Kirishima touches him, from almost friendly in the first one, possesive in the second and fluffy in the third.I’m not sure if it came across in my post, but I also didn’t mean ‘resigned’ in a negative sense (since it kind of has a negative connotation). More like…he’s finally accepted their relationship (which the last novel showed him finally confronting all of the fears and doubts he had, which were reasonable) and is starting to allow himself to ‘enjoy’ it, as much as he’ll probably ever allow himself to be comfortable being in love with someone he never imagined he’d be with.He certainly looks more comfortable with Kirishima than Ritsu ever has with Takano on any of their covers :|I understood what you meant with resigned, is like the tsundere part in him has given up a bit at least and lets him be a little more expressive.(I just can’t keep my eyes of their hands)He’s back in jacket, so I guess that means that weather isn’t hot anymore. And Sorata has a new lace, I wonder if it has an history too.The jacket probably just has to do with work XD Kirishima’s still in relatively light wear. It will be interesting to see how far ahead this one jumps, though! Since the last one only jumped ahead a few months, I’m not sure if I want a bigger jump or smaller one /sighI love how even Kirishima seems mellower in this cover—he’s kind of casually possessive in the first one, teasing in the second, and here he’s just…really laid back and domestic and not feeling like he has to BLARE their relationship, he’s satisfied (read: feels safe, comfortable, not threatened) just with holding hands, and that restraint reflects on Yokozawa, too.I like the comment about him seeming to lose some of his ‘tsundere’-ness XD hope we get to see more of that!ooh I wonder if we use flower language, those flowers on each cover would represent their relationship too! :3I suck at identifying flowers but I would heap praises at the feet of anyone who tells me what they all are so I can breathe into paper bags while I dissect their meaning. They look to me like possibly hydrangeas, then daisies, then camellias. Definitely sure of the last one, about 75% sure about the second, and maybe 50% on the first?Almost positive the first ones are forget-me-nots, and the second on investigation look to me like marsh marigolds (which hanakotoba tells me means “必ず来る幸福” [happiness that will surely come] sooooo sliduhflsidfs). For the third, those are definitely Japanese Camellias, which apparently mean “an ideal love” and “humility/modesty”, with red in particular meaning “a reserved/restrained love” and “careless beauty” -- source link
