defconprime: Star Trek: Discovery - “Drastic Measures” A young Lieutenant Lorca is serving on a little ole colony named Tarsus IV when the newly appointed governor, Kodos the Executioner, decides to do some executioning to save the colony from starvation. Well, this doesn’t sit so well with Lorca who teams up with one Commander Georgiou whenever her ship arrives in order to try and bring Kodos to justice (which of course we know they won’t succeed in doing but it’s still well done).
