I’ve ran into a horrible time :( my cats name is Abbey, she’s just under five years old. The past two days she’s refused almost all food. I have been trying to push food and liquids constantly with no success. Shes been lethargic, and not moving much. Diarrhea (two quarter sized amounts) and has peed once (a quarter sized amount)I called my personal vet to ask for advice and explained everything. She said if Abbey hadn’t thrown up the vet visit could wait till the morning. Right after I ended the phone call she threw up a large amount twice.We are now at VCA Bradshaw in elk Grove. The vet is unsure if it is something chronic or something else. She is wanting to do a urinalisis, fecal, blood panel, and x-ray.We are struggling right now so I’m asking for any help possible. Six months back we moved by choice and it put us behind, a few months after we were evicted due to the owner wanting to sell the property. Which put us even further behind. I recently quit my job because I am now a caregiver for my father who has cancer, so I am in limbo until IHSS gets worked out and I can get an income. Thank you for anything, even just a share.
