Thank you so so much, anon, for your kind words and your prompt! I admit, I have considered drawing them in so many different time periods lol. Endless possibilities! But maybe because I grew up with those old western from the 60s and 70s—especially Sergio Leone and the music of Ennio Morricone—I’ve always been very fond of those kind of AUs (and in this case it’s even canon!). I’m a little late to the TTT party. I finished Nicky a while ago, but couldn’t quite decide on a pose and style for Joe. I wanted him to be different, maybe a bit more casual stylish to Nicky’s practical grandpa look. So if anyone else likes Italian western, they might be able to spot my inspiration. And of course Nicky is the sniper with the rifle, while Joe is surely the fastest gun in the west. -- source link
