Here’s the truth: my diet? It’s been slacking. Last week I didn’t meal prep which totally lead me to failure or not eating and then picking up fast food. And if you’ve been there you know how hard it is to break that cycle again. So this week I made sure I prepped and had a plan. Shredded taco chicken bowls. And it’s goooooooddddd. We’re human, we mess up, we fall, we have bumps in the road. But that doesn’t mean we can’t fix those bumps and improve from them.
