A man straddles his captive, who is bound in the strappado, and threads a gag strap through her teeth in preparation for forcing the ball of the gag into her mouth. The young lady looks worriedly at the ball gag, but is helpless to prevent him from putting it on her. Her legs, clad in thigh boots, are invitingly spread by the strappado, and her ample breasts block any view of what else she might be wearing at the moment.
