June 2016 - Dahlia at the plant nurseryThis flower was just starting to open as the morning sun was starting to rise. Made me think of @misadventured-piteous-overthrows for some reason.I have a Dahlia here at home, it could use a bit more care than I’m giving it… haven’t had any luck with the Peonies this year either. However, V managed to get the Turmeric revived and it is looking great. These tuberous plant thingies are sometimes difficult to get the hang of - definitely not my strong suit. The irises have created such a thriving patch though in the Two Triangles bed, that they would benefit from some thinning/transplanting in the fall. -- source link
