wayward-delver: wayward-delver: May I remind you Marcy never believed the box would work in the first place? Her entire plan was based on wishful thinking, like one would with a shooting star or wishbone. The only thing she’s truly guilty for is lying to Anne and Sasha. She’s going through hell and worst of all, is blaming herself for all of it. In case you were wondering why I would post something seemingly so obvious. On Reddit there’s been weeks of discourse regarding Marcy’s actions and our perception of her.While the majority believes she doesn’t deserve the suffering she’s going through, a smaller but very vocal crowd have taken to vilifying her. Calling her a kidnapper or the cause of the world’s endangerment, despite the previously mentioned things and ignoring the fact that Andrias and the core are solely responsible for their own actions. This gotten to the point that they say she should be rejected, prosecuted, or even that her being stabbed was warranted/karma the show and other fans are and I quote “going easy on her.”Funny thing, they never bring up Sasha problems,(often downplaying them). -- source link
