Jim lied to everyone else, including Leslie, but not to Harvey. We also know that Jim realizes that Oswald could have cut a deal, plea bargained to get a lighter sentence, but didn’t.Jim seems sure that Oswald wouldn’t betray him, which is remarkable considering how Jim’s treated him.
