Apropos of the #screenplay I’m writing, today I wrote a scene where my main character - scroll to see the scary drawing I made of her - is attacked by three armed men, shooting follows, then a knife fight, and a fight with a bra, all very bloody, and … My heroine gets a deep, ugly cut on the left side of her forehead, blood runs down her face, stuff is happening, she has to run — a fugitive — she can’t go to the emergency room, but she has to patch herself up somehow. So how do you close a gash on your face in a pinch? I had something similar a few years ago when I ended up with a split lip - I was playing with my German shepherd and she ran in my face, haha, my fault entirely, and she somehow cut me with one of her teeth in my lip and it was so scary, blood all over, it wouldn’t stop, I tried bandaids but it did no good, so eventually I went to the emergency room and they gave me some stitches. But what can you use that you have at home instead of stitches? Well, apparently, there is something you can do. You can superglue your cut!! I’ve never heard of such a thing but there you go. The things I learn while writing! https://www.instagram.com/p/B8J2LJEH8ET/?igshid=168y2ge0mkvg7 -- source link
