Back in April 2020, I applied to the association of Illustrators’ 3-6 month mentorship scheme, and won the opportunity to be mentored under an established illustrator. I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor than the super talented Willa Gebbie, she taught me so much on the business of illustration and we had lots of lovely, impactful zoom sessions. Here are some fun illustrations that resulted from various assignments she set for me during the duration of the mentorship.
