The SerLea Submachine Gun,Designed in the mid 1990’s by a Lebanese gunsmith who was a veteran of street battles in Beirut, the SerLea was designed to be a close up weapon that produced a tremendous amount of firepower. Chambered for 9x19mm Para, it’s most interesting feature is that it has twin barrels, twin magazines, and twin open bolts. The bolts are time by a synchronizing device which allows each barrel to be fired one after the other, producing a rate of fire around 1,000 rounds per minute. The SerLea was marketed towards military and police organizations, but none ever saw use for the design, with limited interest being show by the LAPD. Very few were ever produced. -- source link
