Progress Pic What got me here, in a rough order of how it actually happened: 1. Running (get off the couch and move) 2. More veggies, less crap (don’t stress eat entire bags of potato chips) 3. Try something new, like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Yoga! 4. Eat food that has FOOD in it. Read the labels. (Or better yet, eat things without labels and packaging) 5. When you plateau, take a hard look at what you may or may not be doing right (not eating enough and no weightlifting) 6. Then FIX it. For me, that meant the 21 Day Fix from Beachbody. It’s what I’ve been missing. I could’ve been here so much sooner if I had found it earlier, but the journey has taught me a lot along the way. And it’s not done! What’s next for me??? 7. Start the 21 Day Fix Extreme. 8. Become a Beachbody Coach. 9. Reach goals I never even thought possible! -- source link
