Age-O-Matic 9000: An Elder Hair De-saturator Basically, I love the idea of the elderberries palette, which creates more muted hair colors for elder sims, but my mods folder would never have the room to fit them in. So, I figured I’d create a hair overlay that can de-saturate any hair and mute the color down! Special thanks to @valhallansim and her TOU, I used her sheer overlay as the starting base for this project! 6 Different variations, to create a darker or lighter muted look. Different options work best with different hair colors!Works for as many hairs as I could make fit, but it’s not prefect. Every hair has different hairlines, but I tried to find a good average that would work for most hairs. For best results, use a hair with no hairline showing. Hat incompatible CC hairs will have areas with the original color intact.
