I saw some students creating classic Andy Warhol pieces and others just drew pictures of keys. I decided to convey a message and take a stand. During the time of planning out this assignment, the Black Student Union of my college campus (PWI in a very conservative town btw) have been protesting and hosting vigils for the victims of police brutality. The fact that we as people of color cant just stand idly by as we are being mistreated gave me the inspiration for this project.(I posted this {illegally} in the Student Union of my college campus.)No more being content with the way the justice system is being governed.
